What is a Non Disparagement Contract Clause?  A non disparagement clause is a clause in a contract that states that the other party will not say anything negative about that company's products, services, leaders, employees, etc.

Who is this clause for?  This clause is for anyone who works closely with clients and although plans to give them an excellent experience, wants to make sure their name is protected should something go wrong.  This is great and recommended for coaches and service providers especially.
